To reserve a spot for the 2012 New England Premier Field Hockey College Recruiting Showcase, complete our online Application, making sure to list your high school or club coach's name. Be certain to provide an accurate email address and phone number for your coach. Then, submit your registration fee of $225 by credit card or by check (see below).

Applications will be considered in order of receipt and by position.
Once quotas for each position have been met, the roster will be closed.

IMPORTANT:
Please note that no position will be guaranteed, or roster spot assigned, until full payment is received. ($100 of the registration fee is non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for any reason whatsoever, including injury, illness or unexpected family circumstances, after May 19th. (If we are unable to offer you a spot in the showcase, your payment will be refunded in full.)

Upon receipt of your application, we will email further information to you, including a 2012 Release Form, which must be competed and returned by mail, fax or email, together with a b&w or color passport-style photo in jpeg format (not an action photo) for the Player Profile. If you mail in your photo, be sure to print your name and high school on the back. If you email it to us, be sure to include your name in the filename.
